How it works

An applicant who provides written notice of cancellation prior to the start of the course is entitled to a full refund, excluding the $100.00 non-refundable registration fee.

Passing Grade: Students must attain a 70% or above grade average to receive graduation certificate, letter of recommendation, and pin. Those students whose grade average is below 70% will not receive a certificate but will be allowed to retake the entire course at a reduced fee of $1,250.00

Refund Payments: Refunds shall be paid within 30 days after the effective date of termination.

Other Cancellations: Students wishing to cancel for personal reasons or illness, may resume their course of study in the next class term, with no penalty, and may repeat the already completed sessions if desired.


Canceling after you’ve started

Students who have to cancel upon starting the course will receive refunds according to the following schedule:

$1,250 refund if cancelled at any point between class 1 and before class 3

$750 refund if cancelled at any point after class 3 and before class 5

$250 refund if cancelled at any point after class 5 and before 7

No refunds will be made after class 7


How to cancel

Students must email Novera Dental Assisting Center at novera@shiningsmiles.com and include reasons for termination. Students must turn in any textbooks, scrubs, and other school supplies given to them at the beginning of the course.
